A month ago we’ve launched the Beta version of our Identity Wallet. Identity Wallet empowers individuals to claim their identity and use it under complete control, while companies that accept Persona as means of identification are in the position to offer a smooth, banking grade onboarding process.
Recently we’ve launched Documentation Center , an up-to-date central repository describing what is Persona and how developers can use Persona for their applications.
Now, the third piece of the puzzle falls into place. We are launching “Persona Ambassador Program”. The scope of the this program is, with the help of the community, to grow the number of people that hear and learn about Persona, especially since Persona has such a high social component since the validation and verification takes place face to face.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiast people that understand how blockchain works, and how Persona Trust Protocol works.
We are looking for people that understand Persona mission and they want to play an active role in raising Persona brand awareness.
What are the expectations?
For now, while we are in still in beta, you’ll organize meetups or talking to meetups about Persona. These meetups can be technical type or informal describing the way Persona works or show proofing to developers community how to develop their applications on top of Persona.
Once we are live on mainnet, you’ll be able to organize also notarization meetups.
In all these cases, Persona team will provide you the branded slides and all the necessary information so you be at your best for the meetup, help you become a known individual in Persona Community and why not in the blockchain community.
We would love to participate to as many meetups as possible, together with our community but this is not going to be a viable option every time, but what we can do is joining by Skype or Meetup.
You can also play an active role in social media. You can cover Persona in your blog posts and articles, spread the word on Reddit, Quora or Medium.
What hapens after you signed for Ambassador?
As soon as we receive your application, we’ll review it and if it fits the profile we are looking for, we’ll schedule a conference call so we get to know each other better.
If you have any questions about the process or you need more details or just want to get in contact with us, you can reach out on Telegram or Slack or by sending out an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
