The latest news on Persona include:

Identity Wallet

All done here: we have successfully finished all wallet customizations. Trust points and support are added for attribute credibility.

In parallel with all these we are advancing on the integration with the US and EU sanction lists, for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering support and we are adding elastic search.

Persona Enterprise Suite

The Persona docker is now available to the community for testing. Persona docker is the first component of Persona Enterprise Suite. Once the community tests are concluded we are going to gather our efforts in making available Persona on Microsoft Azure platform, so Persona can be used as blockchain as a service.

The Persona Docker can be found here together with the documentation.

Proof of Concept Applications

Investigating and building Persona based bots for Slack and Telegram are still work in progress. We’ve been adding basic commands that retrieve account balance and trust points from both the mainnet and testnet, plus users and channels in the slack app. Command line arguments were added as well as the identity check command.

Additionally, we are developing the design for the basic user interactions.

Meanwhile we started exploring the Slack API operation and we are looking into a password issue with the identity API.

Mainnet migration to ARK V2

We are now configuring a local testnet on V2 so we will soon be able to simulate the migration of the mainnet to Ark V2. We had already started a couple of relays on mainnet running on ARK V2 Core. The sync to the fullest height was done successfully. We’ll be moving this stage forward as soon as we find a better way of making the local deployment.
