Building with Love

Its important to remind our masculine energy to slow down when it gets going on a project (or three).

If the long term goal is to have something manifest, the masculine side usually wants it yesterday. It is up to our feminine side to create space for easing back into the body and allowing things to come to us. Often times we don’t think about our bodies and being in them, especially when we are performing in the real world. The open feminine reminds us that we are already in the life we want to live, we just have to make sure to be grateful. Even when things are not where we think they ought to be, we should still be grateful to be breathe. To wake up and know we are safe in our body. The feminine takes care of all those loose ends the masculine side forgets, such as eating and hygiene.

There is a way in which we can be femininely masculine or masculinely feminine, once we learn to integrate our shadows. Only after we heal the immature iterations of these energies can we incorporate the lessons they’ve learned. Having this realization illuminates the fact that often times when we are chasing after someone we really like, its actually because we want to be like them, and not so much that we want to be with them. In fact, if we choose to accept the fact that most of the time the people we like are the people we want to be like, then we someone else begins to like the amalgamation of people we like. That person will like us for who we are when we are at our best as we’ve chosen our best to be. It will feel effortless and this is why people say that you find love when you aren’t looking for it. You find love when you embody it. You recognize it, and it sees you too.
