Massive changes don’t last. They rarely work.

New habit sprints are not sustainable.

Jim Rohn was right, “Success is a few simple disciplines, practiced every day; while failure is simply a few errors in judgment, repeated every day.”

If you want to completely change your routine or habit, start small. The only way to build lasting habits is to make them insanely easy to practice.

“Make it so easy you can’t say no,” says Leo Babauta.

Whether you want to improve your health, wealth or work, here are 100 things you can do to make life better, slowly.

  1. Do something you enjoy outside work (read, write, start a creative project, etc.) to build meaning and fulfilment into your schedule.
  2. For anything you want to complete, break it down into small manageable tasks — and tackle them one at a time.
  3. Exercise for just a few minutes at a time — do it at the same time to make it stick. Don’t make it a chore.
  4. Your thinking blindspots can sabotage your success: improve how you think by reading a few pages of great books every day.
  5. Remove distractions before you start deep work. It improves your focus and concentration.
