The older I get, the less sure I feel about tomorrow. I don’t know how to prepare for my future self anymore. Do you? These are crazy times, indeed. Economies run on greed, spinning in chaos. Nothing is certain. Not work. Not stability. Not the life we knew when we were young. The older I get, the less sure I feel about tomorrow. Uncertainty is the biggest stressor right now. “Uncertainty effect” is real. It’s fuelling anxiety more than actual negative outcomes. People want to know that their efforts will pay off tomorrow. But the old guarantees nothing. I see people grind for years and get nowhere. It makes no sense. I worry about the next generation. What kind of world will they inherit? Will they find meaningful work? Will they be okay?

Economies keep crashing.

Jobs are disappearing. Global stress levels are at an all-time high. The American Psychological Association calls it a “stress pandemic.” People are stuck. Lost. Exhausted. Unsure of their path. It’s terrifying. And honestly, it’s getting worse. Broken economies reward the few. Greed and extreme capitalism have left so many people unsettled. The system we were told to trust — hard work, saving, planning — is falling under broken economies.
