Whypower — A reason to truly live

A life true to your “why” means your sense of fulfilment and satisfaction are in your control.

Everything comes down to why we do what we do. A life without a meaningful “why” is a dangerous way to live.

The goal is to have something to live for, something to hope for, something to do that makes me find “flow” or immerse myself completely in a task or experience. The experience of being alive is very satisfying.

Staying alive has never been the goal.

Sleepwalking through life, punching the clock, ticking boxes, and existing but not really living are recipes for boredom and burnout.

Most people kill time and wait for life to be meaningful. It’s a major approach to misery. Take ownership to make the most of “why power.”

Put the “whypower principle” to work.

My why gets me out of bed in the morning: having fun with my family, working on projects that make me lose the sense of time, taking in all of nature when I’m out, and pursuing my curiosities.

It all comes down to “flow.”

If my actions, experiences, and consciousness can intersect, I’m truly living. That’s how I know I’m living consciously. I want to be completely…
