Testing out Promote Mode on Twitter

Today, Perth Gazette is testing out a new feature called Promote Mode on Twitter.
This new addition to Twitters’ ad product charges £79 per month and will automatically run in the background.
My concerns are at the moment could this £79 be spent manually via campaign and what Tweets are likely to be automatically promoted in the platform. Primarily, this will be a testing period for us and we’ll draft in a full analysis in a months time.
