This restaurant not only attracts locals but tourists too since it has a massive range of tasty treats based on classical Peruvian dishes, but with a spectacular gourmet twist. The main focus of this restaurant are the incredibly delicious burgers with peruvian salsas. Also the menu includes not only meat burger but also chicken, steak, pork and sub-style sandwich options too. The best part is that papachos is a really flexible restaurant for anyone because their is even a section for vegetarians or vegans, as all burgers can be converted into veggie burgers . There’s also a wide range of desserts, juices and alcoholic beverages. Papachos is located in 4 different places so you can have an easy access for this exquisite restaurant no matter where you live. The locations are: Salaverry , Jockey Plaza, Miraflores and even Cusco.
The restaurant has a huge menu with plenty of other choices, but it’s the burgers you come here for. They taste like having a million fireworks explode in your mouth. There’s every variety you can think of, along with plenty you probably wouldn’t have (fried egg and banana), and every topping can be put on a veggie burger if that’s your preference. This burgers are made with artisan bread and ingredients out of the usual. It offers beef burger with bacon and avocado or vegetarian innovations with quinoa or lentils. Ketchup is made out of elderberry and their are also toppings such as mushrooms , eggplant, yogurt sauces, mustards ,chimichurris etc. It offers innovative sundaes, sublime, lemon pie or ¨Suspiro a la limeña¨ . Also other desserts like Chocoshock brownie with ice cream, frozen custard apple or strawberry cheescake.To drink, there are drinks like mojitos, margaritas and punches and for those who want nothing with alcohol, no iced tea without sugar or calories.
Papachos atmosphere and environment is incredible. It is like a sport looking modern decoration with many neon lights which makes it come to live at night. Like a thousands stars on a full moon.The surrounding are very spontaneous because you can even find hanging pine apples from the ceiling. The place is really big and many people come here in many occasions. You can even watch tv since wherever you look you have a tv in front of you with a football match a cooking class from gaston or different tv shows from canal cuatro (Latino America). The wooden floors make everything pop out thanks to the contrast. Their is a fairly big bar in the top middle center which catches everyone’s attention since it is very colorful and a curious thing to look at. The bathrooms are really cool because they have this retro aspect with light bulbs in the mirrors and old flyers on the walls. There’s always music playing so their is never silence just good vibes roaming around. The type of music is determined for teens with an electro theme and a quick beat. My favorite part of this restaurant’s atmosphere are the tables. I say this because their is a paper placed over it and you are given some crayons. So you can literally draw on the table with your friends or family playing hangman, tic tac toe, pictionary etc. I think this was a really genius idea to incorporate because it makes eating very engaging and fun. Papachos is certainly not meant to be a formal restaurant, but simply a casual eatery where you can kick-back and enjoy some great food with a relaxed vibe.
The service from the prestigious papachos is excellent. I say this because even though there’s a lot of people in the restaurant you still get attended quickly and receive your food quickly as well. The best part of the staff is that they are extremely knowledgeable about the menu since they can even suggest you plates and know each ingredient from each burger, drink or dessert. They are also very attentive because their is always the same guy that controls your table and always listen to your request and brings it in a flash. Also they are very polite with you and your family being patient while you order as well as helpful while deciding. All of the staff has the same uniform making them easy to distinguish and call. One thing that really makes papachos step their game was that since many tourist visit the staff also knows how to speak english perfectly and can speak either language of your convenience. I think this is a huge plus because it is easier for foreign people making them want to come back a million more times. Overall i think that papachos staff is very well prepared bringing you neat and delicious dishes to your table.
Definitely, if you like burgers you have to go try Papachos burgers and dare to try their expectacular combinations. The burgers have never been so delicious.The generous portions and the unique Peruvian flavor given off by “ hamburguesables options “ make attending Papachos a very unique experience. I really recommend you to go and ill promise you will never regret it thanks to the awesome service, unique and good vibed atmosphere and the delicious food, drinks and desserts.
