Have you ever wanted to try the best criollan restaurant in Lima City?

(El Jose Antonio entrance)

El Jose Antonio,a very antique and acclaimed restaurant promoting criollan food since 1972 located in lima city at la avenida Floresta 124,San Borja. This old ranch-like dwelling is impressive, because it promotes the best suspiro la limeña you can find in lima. Also, for the unquestionable and impeccable service this restaurante has.As you enter the restaurant, you get received by the service which greets you with a charming and compelling and with a smile in their face. They carefully lead you to the administrator which within a second drives you to your alluring and completely outstanding table to begin your experience.

(Chicha Morada)

As you sit on the leathery raggy chairs, the waiter respectfully serves you a toasted tan-like Peruvian wheat bread you desire.Subsequently,as you flavour the bread and it’s aromas, you will feel as happy as a kid with an ice cream, because you can not resist the crunchiness of the well baked bread. After that, you get acclaimed and honoured Peruvian Drink, chicha morada served in a wine glass. When you drink it,you quickly recognised why it is so proclaimed as a Peruvian honour.Combinations of Peruvian fruits membrillo, pineapple and freshly cut apple make drinking effortless since it cleans you throat making drinking easy specially for old aged individuals. This gives you an exquisite refreshing feeling. The lomo saltado is appealing and eye catching to the eye of any kind of audience that has time to contemplate it,it’s colossal size can lead to an overwhelming feeling as you see it.But remember, first impressions are always wrong, when you taste it you can feel the juicy flesh of the first quality Argentinian meat dissolve in your mouth like a chocolate truffle. Finally to term this dinner up,don’t have a doubt in ordering the suspiro la limeña(lima’s greatest). In comparison with lomo saltado this is not eye-catching to an audience, but the flavour is.A combination of white ambiental temperature merengue, with an egg-yolk manjarblanco that is cold transforming a unique suspiro that differentiates from the rest. This ends you up with a peculiar relief emotion because of all the greatness you have eaten.

After having an implausible lunch, you would enjoy being treated like a king.Firstly, I would mention the organization. When i first entered to the eatery,I figured out a peculiar con-decoration in the left-side of the wall stating the following”El jose Antonio es el restaurante mas saludable”.This definitely left me impressed, but I do not believe until I see it.I quickly recognised that the organization/hygiene of this restaurant was based all in punctuality. The waiter tooked an awfully terse amount of time to deliver all 4 plates in 2 minutes which for all of us was impressive and not realistic. The mayor checked the orders, and the other waiters cleaned floors. Also,I would mention the culinary knowledge of the employees and the manager. When I asked what ingredients did the Tacu-Tacu contained the waiter answered with such explanation it was like if Albert Einstein were to explain.

If you would be engaged in going to a 4.3/ 5.0 star quality eatery, you would enjoy having manageable prices. When I saw the menu I realised, that for main entrees the price range is about a 18,37,20 (most expensive) price range.According to Sheila Jeanneau,if you eat at Panchita prices range between 28–59 .We were 4 we ordered 4 entrees of 18 and the total for that was 72 soles in Panchita it would be 112 soles.A colossal difference benefiting Jose Antonio. Jose Antonio is the king in prices!

As i’ve stated before this experience was positive. If your stay is in lima, you want to have impressive local food, then I would say you currently have the best option. You definitely should go here because if you don’t you will miss one of the most impressive unbelievable gastronomic places in the world.Designate well,go to El Jose Antonio.
