Petmas December 2022
Cheery Greetings to all
2022
What can I say? Did NOT get Covid but got diagnosed with Colitis, plus aggravated an old lower back injury. These both happening in the Spring and lasting until right now — was NOT good for generating interesting Pet Newletters, or even producing interesting pet articles.
New Members
We were happy to welcome a number of new writers and followers. Great to see the assorted talents coming to the fore.
We really love the diversity of animal companions about whom you folks have written. Reptiles, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, horses, cows, goats, sheep, birds and more.
Keep those stories coming, people!
Stuff we did not do
Aside from not putting out a mid summer Pet News, we failed to continue with our Editors’ Pick feature. (Fave photos and articles each month). This is a fun feature and we really want to get back at it. Hoping that 2023 proves to be less of a challenge and that we get back on track.
Editors’ Personal News
We have been without a dog companion since 2018. The last adoption was catastrophic and we have been unable to face adopting another until recently. We very recently made two attempts to adopt, both failed. We realize that right now adopting a dog is not in the cards for us.:-(
Petness Submission Guidelines
We ask that you carefully review our submission guidelines prior to submitting your article. The guidelines are not too complicated, but please be sure to check them out. So that there are no misunderstandings.
Moving to 2023
We here at Petness hope that you all have a wonderful and safe New Years Eve, and that 2023 will be a year of hope, health and happiness.
