Summary & Next Steps

We hope everyone is staying sane during this turbulent time in the market. We believe that this is temporary — markets go up and markets go down, it’s nothing new. It is a great time for us to continue building and creating something that we all can be proud of as a DAO and community.

For now, you will be able to claim your fPHM and hold it in your wallet. The next step will be enabling a swap page so you can swap fPHM for gPHM. We expect that to be released 24–48 hours after claim goes live. We are in the process of setting up our on-chain governance infrastructure and due to the fact we are relying on a third party, there have been some delays outside of our control.

Please note: this medium is being released ahead of the claim page being live. When the page is live, it will be announced in our Discord server.

How to Claim Your fPHM

Step 1: Navigate to https://app.phantomdao.xyz/#/claim

Step 2: Press “Connect Wallet” and connect using MetaMask (or any other web3 wallet manager) via your previously submitted wallet address — please also ensure that you are connected to the Fantom Opera chain.

Step 3: Once connected, the screen below will be presented to you. If you are a Specter it will show 50 fPHM and if you are Launch Crew it will show 100 fPHM to claim. Press “Claim”.

Step 4: After pressing “Claim”, a MetaMask window will appear. Here you will need FTM in your wallet to cover a gas fee to complete the claim transaction (example shown below). Press “Confirm”.

Step 5: Once the transaction is completed, you will be presented with the screen below. Press “Add fPHM to wallet” and check to confirm that you now have the correct amount of fPHM in your wallet.

Once you have completed these steps, you are done for now. If you see the image below — it means that you are connected with an incorrect wallet address or you have already claimed your fPHM.
