Learn all about the changes we are making to our pricing and plans in March.

We’re introducing a new pricing model on March 15th, 2022.

We want to share more information about why we decided to change our plans, increase our prices and most importantly how this change will affect new and legacy users.

TLDR; PhantomBuster is introducing a new pricing model on March 15th, 2022. We’re increasing our pricing and monthly plan resources to continue to offer a wide variety of quality automation options for our users. If you have subscribed to a paid PhantomBuster account before we introduce our new pricing model, your plan is now a legacy plan.

Why are we increasing our prices and changing our plans?

After 6 years in business, we’ve grown our product offering to new heights and today we offer over 130 Phantoms in our Phantom Store.

This is the first time that we’ve increased our prices since 2016.

We’re changing our plans and introducing new monthly resources to give you all more freedom to use your resources as you need.

What are monthly resources?

Our previous plans included resource usage on a daily basis. With our new plans, you will now receive all of your available resources upfront at the beginning of your subscription cycle, be it month or year.

Alongside changing our plans, we are increasing our prices so that we can continue to offer a wide range of quality Phantoms that allow you to automate across all of your favorite platforms and websites.

We will continue to offer a range of plans so that you can find a flexible price point that works best for you.

As 2022 gets underway we’re committed to delivering an even better experience for all our users.

Compare pricing and plan changes

Here are the main differences when you bill monthly or annually on and after March 15th.

For existing users:

  • Our prices will not change for existing PhantomBuster users.
  • Your plan is now a legacy plan.
  • Your legacy payment terms can be found in your account under ‘Billing.’

For existing users who wish to upgrade their plan:

  • If you wish to change or upgrade your legacy plan our support team will help you to find the perfect fit for your needs.
  • Check out our pricing page to explore all features across PhantomBuster plans.

For new users:

  • If you have signed up to any recurring PhantomBuster plan on or after March 15th you automatically will benefit from our new pricing plan.
  • You can try out our free plan before you commit to a subscription.
  • Sign up for a PhantomBuster plan today.

When will this change take place?

Our new pricing model will take effect on March 15th 2022 for all new customers.

PhantomBuster customers who signed up before the new pricing and plans are live on March 15th, 2022 do not need to do anything. Your plan will become a legacy plan.

If you wish to change from your current plan you can do so at any time via your account’s billing page. You will also see a list of features for each plan here as well.
