Phi Labs Company Retreat to Chamonix, France 🇫🇷
It’s been a crazy few months for the Phi Labs team. We’ve been working hard to contribute to the Archway protocol, growing a team that spans several continents. As new people have joined Phi Labs, we were due for team bonding and future planning.
So we packed our bags and headed to Chamonix in France for a company retreat!
Chamonix is a famed world-class ski resort and a mountaineering destination. Situated in the Haute-Savoie region of France, it is bordered by Switzerland and Italy and dominated by the incredible Aiguilles de Chamonix mountain chain peaking at the top of Mont Blanc.
Its vibrant nature and location made it the perfect place for the team to gather to plan future projects and get competitive across many team activities.

Here are some highlights from the retreat
Team activities across the week covered hiking, a scavenger hunt, visiting a local spa, and team dinners which were a lot of fun!
It was great to spend time with everyone in person, getting to know each other and building relationships across different teams.
We learned more about each other’s interests to get a better idea of what people want out of the company culture.
Planning for the Future
We talked about our upcoming plans for Phi Labs, including how we want to expand our products and how we can reward web3 developers for building amazing dApps.
And finally: Chamonix is beautiful! We all had such a good time there — it’s somewhere that we’d love to visit again someday!
