For the Commonwealth highlights the important work our prosecutors are doing to help secure justice in specific cases brought by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Assistant District Attorney Eli Klein of our Major Trials Unit helped secure justice recently in two cases. The first case involved a defendant accused of possession with intent to distribute sizable quantities of fentanyl and cocaine totaling approximately $375,000 in street value. The defendant was found guilty after a waiver trial, and is scheduled for sentencing before the Hon. Shanese I. Johnson in January 2021.
