Today, District Attorney Larry Krasner joined with youth advocates from Juveniles for Justice, Marsha Levick, the Deputy Director and Chief Counsel at the Juvenile Law Center, Councilperson Helen Gym, Councilperson Jannie Blackwell, and others to announce new policies designed to keep more juveniles out of the court system and keep many who are charged out of custody.
