Had a great off day workout today via Shawna K. about 15 minutes, though I ALWAYS recommend that you warm up.

Great ladder. Use jump rope (or run/skip in place) then three bodyweight exercises. You’l love it. :-)

BTW: If you’re not using finishers — why not? Mikey totally rocks and his finisher programs will get you lean and mean!
