Call for Submissions!

The Philomel sings a song
late into the night,
inspiring all walks of thought
and all writers, distraught,
poring over their stolen tomes,
struggling to find their words a home.

All undergraduate students and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania are invited to submit to Philomel a researched and rigorous policy analysis on the subject, “The US has the moral obligation to prevent weapons proliferation globally.” All submissions must be no more than 1000 words. Papers must affirm, deny, or qualify the position statement. Submissions will be judged by the diverse panel of Philomel editors, so be mindful of audience. The following criteria will be used:
