One thing you may want to consider is using visual regression checks. At Zivtech we’ve been using Backtrac.io, which we really like (see the attached gif for a look at the viewer + the diff viewer), though there are other tools and services out there that we’ve also enjoyed (wraith, for example).

If you’re interested, you can try out backtrace using a per-pull-request workflow via our platform Probo.ci, which creates sandbox sites for each PR (you’ll need to point to a sandbox site if you want to use a visual regression SaaS- for wraith you could use a tool like Circle.ci or Jenkins):
