Examining the Significance of Past and Present Philosophy, History, Literature, Art, Science, and Technology

The Humanitas Foundation, to have been the new home of MIPJ, was to receive generous funding by a major donor to cover the next three years; however, because of the current US Presidential administration, its potential pressure on 501c3 organizations and funding partners who are thought to support a certain agenda, the funding was rescinded by our donor.

Instead, I will personally take up the same mission, examining current events and the modern meaning of past and present works and their significance in the 21st century. This new effort, Philosophorum (https://philosophorum.media), will premiere in May 2025.

Both I and guest commentators will publish articles, editorials, interviews, and reviews. If you are an SME in your field, and you are interested in submitting to Philosophorum, please contact me at kjw@philosophorum.media.

We will also be offering subscriptions for exclusive content, as well as a means to donate to the cause. Each contributor will have the capacity to offer an exclusive link to their own contribution page.

In the interim, please sign up for further news and content on the site.

With warmest regards,
Kris (K.J.) Wetherholt

K.J. Wetherholt is the Publisher and Executive Editor of MIPJ: Media, Information, International Relations, and Humanitarian Affairs and the upcoming Philosophorum, exploring both past and present ideas in art, science, philosophy, history, and literature. She is also a contributor to various publications, including The Daily Beast and HuffPost, a researcher and academic on war from WWI to the present, with books published about WWI and the history of ELN in Colombia.
