PhoneGap Day EU 2017 Recap!
Our annual PhoneGap Day EU event was held in Amsterdam last week and turned out to be a great success! We kicked it off with a day of workshops offering two simultaneous sessions running throughout the day on various topics related to PhoneGap development. Attendees were given a selection of workshops on Testing, WebVR, Progressive Web Apps, Plugin Dev’t, App Privacy/Security and Push Notifications taught by members of our PhoneGap team and long time community members.
Day 2 of the event was the main PhoneGap Day itself and packed with great talks from our excellent speaker line-up. Lars Trieloff, Director of Platform Marketing at Adobe was in attendance and wrote up this great live post from the event that day and I would recommend checking it out since it serves as an excellent play by play of each talk with useful links and other information. The event closed with a Pub Mixer where we all enjoyed a chance to mingle with our awesome community.
A special thanks again to our sponsors: Onsen UI, Monaca, Wikitude, Ionic and event organizers Peter-Paul Koch (PPK) and Jen Gray for all of their efforts and hard work in making this event a success. A list of all of the resources from both days has been included below for quick reference. Be sure to look out for the video recordings to be posted soon as well.
