This is the first in a series of blog posts on self-sovereign identity in Web3. We are releasing these short pieces, in anticipation of the launch of our product on Mainnet in June. This is an exciting moment for the future of digital identity.

The status quo of digital slave
Your identity is not yours. While you use platforms that continue to monetize your data under the auspices of “free access”, your identity will continue to be used to make money for other people. If you are not paying for it…you are the product. And that product? Is your identity. Are you okay with that? We are not.
We work to revolutionize identity. We believe that your identity is yours to own. Well, it should be. The Internet, however, was built without an autonomous identity framework. At its core, the Internet does not uphold the sacrosanct nature of your identity and effectively removes your power and control over it. The infrastructure necessary to empower you to control your own identity simply has not been in place.

Proving that you are human implies sharing your data. Sharing your data introduce vulnerability to fraud and leaks.

The PhotoChromic NFT is generated by the user’s unique biometrics and is non-transferable. As part of the Soulbound Collection, users can create their own ENS sub-domain. They will be directed to an approved identity verification partner for identity verification purposes.
