Overview of PhotoChromic Tokenomics
PhotoChromic is a blockchain-based protocol that tokenizes an individual’s identity through an NFT that is programmable, verifiable, universally addressable and digitally secured, verifying the link between the analogue and digital worlds. The product aggregates biometric proof of life, with government-backed identity verification and unique personal attributes, into an on-chain asset that is utilised for blockchain-based identity verification and Web3 applications.
PhotoChromic is powered by two kinds of Ethereum standard tokens:
- ERC-721-compatible identity NFT as unique non-fungible tokens (NFT) representing a certain individual’s identity
- ERC-20-compatible $PHCR as a means of governance on the platform and beyond
$PHCR will first be sold in PhotoChromic’s upcoming Initial Digital Offering (IDO) and made available during a subsequent listing, the details of which are presented below.

Vesting
The vesting schedule has been designed to maximise incentives to the various ecosystem participants, and stagger release to the market over time to mitigate any over-supply.
Ecosystem: 6 month cliff, then 10% released monthly for 10 months
Advisory: 6 month cliff, then 10% released and linearly for 12 months
Liquidity: 100% locked for 12 months
Seed: 10% released and linearly for 12 months
Private:10% released and linearly for 12 months
IDO: 50% released 14 days after listing, then 25% each month subsequent
Team: 6 month cliff, then linearly over 24 months.
IDO Launch
PhotoChromic is excited to announce that CardStarter will host the Initial Decentralised Exchange Offering on 15 November 2021.
Registration begins on Monday, November 8th @ 8AM PST/3PM UTC and will close Wednesday November 10th @ 8AM PST/3PM UTC. The IDO will take place Monday, November 15th @ 8AM PST/3PM UTC.
