Creating content for social media often requires a lot of time and effort, but with the latest technological advancements and tools, it’s possible to do these tasks easier. By using AI you can get faster and more efficient creation of visual and textual materials. In this article we will cover how you can optimize content creation workflow using ChatGPT, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion and other AI tools available at Phygital+ platform.

What you should remember while working with AI

The general rule: the more detailed data you provide, the more precise and usable the final AI result will be. As the article goes on, we will pinpoint the main recommended criteria and details you should give to ChatGPT, for example, to get high-quality content.

Basic tasks in the content creation workflow

Step 1. Planning

If you need to create a content plan for any platform, GPT might help you by suggesting topics and distributing them by day with ideas for visual content (images and videos).

What kind of data is needed?

In order to get the results for minimal or no edits, in addition to the main prompt like “You are an SMM specialist of the brand N, make a content plan for the week”, we recommend describing:

  • Your brand and product
  • Your target audience
  • Tone of voice for your brand
  • Goals (engagement growth, viral content, buzz, product launch campaign)
  • Examples of previous publications

Basically, provide the main information that is needed for any SMM specialist in their work 🙂 Follow this structure as an example for creating a content plan with GPT.

You are a senior social media manager, mostly responsible for copywriting for <BRAND>
We’re now running a Twitter (X) account and YouTube channel. Usually, we post on X 2 times a day and on YouTube 3 times a week
About our product: <…>
Selling propositions: <…>
Here are some content examples: <…>
Please create a content plan for a week, our main goals for this week are <e.g. increase engagement>>

Step 2. Posts, video scripts and any text generation

GPT can help you to write the text for the created content plan or for any topic, and the only thing that would be left to do is to publish it.

What kind of data is needed?

For creating interesting and consistent texts we would suggest describing the following details to ChatGPT:

  • Tone of voice
  • Target audience
  • Key message and key idea to be promoted

Recommended GPT prompt: :

You are a senior social media manager for <BRAND>
We’re now running a Twitter (X) account and YouTube channel. Usually we post on X 2 times a day and on YouTube 3 times a week
About our product: <…>
Selling propositions: <…>
Here are some content examples: <…>
I want you to create a post highlighting this key message <…>

Step 3. Generating visuals and ideas for images and videos

AI can also brainstorm new ideas for visual content, as you can ask GPT to create as many ideas as you want — get 5–10 suggestions, choose any of them or simply get inspired and create more!

What kind of data is needed?

Depending on your content type and target audience, you might find it useful to provide the data:

  • Tone of voice and target audience description
  • Goal — what kind of result do you expect to get after publishing the content?
  • Final text that will accompany the visuals
  • Examples or drafts of your ideas or previous campaigns also work great, as the AI will understand the concept more and will suggest better and more relevant ideas.

Try this prompt for ideas generation:

You are a senior social media manager for <BRAND>
We’re now running a Twitter (X) account and YouTube channel. Usually we post on X 2 times a day and on YouTube 3 times a week
About our product: <…>
Selling propositions: <…>
Our color palette <optional>
Generate a picture idea for this post, structured as a <DALLe> prompt:

By choosing the final idea, ask GPT to create a prompt for your images and in Phygital+ you can generate it immediately!

All these use cases we combined into one template for creating Instagram Stories, which you can adjust to other formats of content — simply correct prompts a little bit and change image resolution for images):

  • Create a detailed portrait of your target audience
  • Describe the idea — what do you want to promote?
  • Create the ideas for images in the format of prompts
  • Use the prompts to create images in any AI tool from Stable Diffusion to Midjourney
  • Put the text on the images and publish it!

Step 4. AI Photoshoot for your product

If you want to get new photos and images of your product without any additional descriptions and long iterations, upload 8–10 photos for training AI on it. Once the model is trained, you can create endless content with your product for regular publications or campaigns in any environment or style.

Use our simple template to train your model for 15 minutes and present the product in any location or style.

Step 5. Matching your logo to any occasion

Another useful implementation of AI would be transforming your logo to any occasion, style or holiday. For example, it’s Saint Patrick’s Day, you want to change your brand’s social profile picture to match it, but asking a designer would take too much time and money?

Try doing it with AI. Simply upload your logo to the workspace, connect it to ControlNet XL node and type the desired style in the prompt. Watch the magic happen right in front of you — you get a new logo variation in under 2 minutes! Follow our template Transform your Logo

And last but not least another creative way of using AI is hiding your logo or brand mascot on any image using AI. Simply upload the logo and type what kind of image you want to generate! Let the magic happen. Want to try? Take a look at our Hide Your Text template

In Phygital+ you can combine all new tools for working with visual content in one workspace — GPT-4o, DALL-E 3, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion 3, Control Net and other 20 neural networks
