thirty-minute walk.
biceps, forearms and ab workout.

Had a great workout. Arms felt awesome and worked them to exhaustion. It’s a good feeling for a lean guy to see veins a poppin’ and getting swole on. I’m encouraged with my progress, although it may not be evident to others I see positive signs of working out these past months.

Core strength has increased as well as self-confidence.

I’m amazed at how quickly we can mould and change our bodies. It takes time, dedication and consistency but it’s doable. Our bodies are like machines that need constant maintenance. We sometimes forget this. Have you changed your oil lately? ;)
