Our brand has a fresh new look. It’s bolder, more friendly, more human, and more us!

Pi Labs has come a long way since we launched back in 2015.

Since then, we’ve invested in 75 startups across 15 countries worldwide, and established a 400-strong ecosystem of founders, mentors, LPs and co-investors.

It’s been a big year for us too — from closing a $90m fund, to becoming a three-partner business this year, with Stefania Ponzo and Michael Murad taking new leadership positions alongside Managing Partner and founder Faisal Butt.

So, it was timely and appropriate to evolve our brand so that it could better reflect the fast-changing nature of our business, and create a new look and feel which embodied our team’s values and areas of focus.

We’re now proud to unveil Pi Labs’ visual identity with a fresh, new website that prioritises how founders are transforming the built world, elevating their mission and visionary innovations while aligning with our own purpose and the issues we deeply care about as a team.

The issues we care about as a team and where we believe our community and our investments will have an impact.

Beyond the refreshed look and feel with a new impactful typescript and a bold, contrasting colour palette, we’ve also reset how we talk about ourselves. The reality is that we’re no longer exclusively an investor in seed stage startups, and our investment thesis has taken us beyond the traditional, and sometimes, narrow perception of what proptech is.

Innovations in property are profoundly shifting almost every aspect of life on this planet, and we aim to back founders across the entire spectrum of the built environment — probably a wider range of areas than you might expect. We look to partner with companies that are innovating the way we live, own, work, build, move and experience the world around us. That may sound like quite an all-encompassing definition — but it’s meant to. We pride ourselves on looking at our sector with a broad lens, while still maintaining our vertical expertise.

From the future of work, construction, retail and living to AR, VR, robotics, the metaverse, to those making our cities smarter, cleaner and greener, we’re all about backing the innovators reshaping our relationship with the built world.
