The time I got locked in Mama’s bathroom, the family was there for a reunion. Somebody mentioned going to a basketball game in Raleigh and we jumped on the idea like couch-fattened people who had been sitting and eating and eating and sitting for two days. Which we had.

I went upstairs to get ready, since three seconds after the word Raleigh was spoken my siblings claimed the downstairs…
