Lauren and Matt (hey, that’s me!) are using Pickle CRM to help plan their wedding. Everyone who’s been invited has been added to their wedding account in Pickle. Various tags are used to help organize groomsmen, bridesmaids, vendors, documents, files and more. Everyone’s contact info is in one place making it easy for the bride or groom (hey, that’s me again) to find and contact various people. Contracts are attached to the vendors as well as notes and email correspondences.
Using the simple API, we can easily track RSVPs without having to lift a finger and for those traditional paper invitations, updating an RSVP was as easy as a single mouse click.
When it came time to send out the invites, we easily exported the invitation list (created in Pickle) straight over to Minted who printed our beautiful save the dates and invitations.
Wedding Planning is more organized and easier with Pickle CRM.
