When was the last time you telephoned your bank to find out your account balance, or to make a payment?

Personally I can’t remember. I’ve been using internet banking, and then mobile banking for years now. You know it saves you time, and the inconvenience of being sent half way across the globe.

Slowly over the past few years the technology revolution has been enhancing our lives across a multitude of industries that have traditionally been stale, many of them not seeing a great deal of innovation for decades.

However, it seems that this new lease of life on technical innovation hasn’t reached most small to medium sized businesses. There are plenty of SaaS applications for increasing productivity and time management, however, nothing tangible.
