Animals add happiness to every space I’m in.
Just today, the rescue I volunteer with asked us to foster two calico kittens. I haven’t experienced a cat in my own home so I may be opening a can of worms here — but I’m not sure I have a good reason not to…
Apart from animals, many of us rely on outdoor spaces to lift our spirits. I scrolled through the challenge submissions below and I think every cover photo is taken outdoors (except mine but there’s a plant in it so, that counts, right?).
Whether we’re in Croatia, India, or Trinidad, we all have similar needs, little things that may not even be noticeable in the moment but do indeed add happiness elements to our day.
And the challenge then is acting on this happiness — doing the things that you know will work! Even though, as some of you reminded us, it may not be easy, comfortable, or enjoyable at first.
