As the year 2020 comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to recap the past 9 months since we started this journey.
In April of 2020, we made the decision to start pili with the sole vision to change the way we know services today. On the one hand, we saw that the digital transformation is accelerating due to the pandemic and on the other hand, we have seen that there is an ongoing trend of ecosystems arising. This trend is particularly apparent in markets that are the most technological advanced, such as China. This has been and still is one of the main reasons why we feel that pili will redefine how we know and use services.
This first year has been filled with lots of ups and downs, however, we are more enthusiastic than ever before and we are confident that we are on the right trajectory to get closer to our vision. One of the highlights has been the validation program at UtrechtInc, which made us more aware of product/market fit and user feedback. The methodology of lean startup has guided us in everything we did over the past three months. One of the constant companions has been Covid, which we believe made us all more grateful and appreciative of what we have.
Lastly, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped us so far in our journey. We are far away from where we want to be, but the foundation has been laid in 2020 and this has been only possible with the help of many people.
We are looking forward to 2021 and cannot wait to further evolve pili.
