Fear can destroy you. The good news is you don’t have to let it. Psychological factors must be considered to our mental and physical health. Spiritually defeating fear is a gift we are endowed with by our creator. A built in safeguard guaranteeing you will not be dealt more than you can handle is assured. Is it tough? Yes, it can be very tough. Very scary, frightening and can render you in despair. Should you ever feel yourself slipping into fear, remember, you have the power and control to pull yourself out of it. You can overcome. You can do it when you put your mind to it.

Analyze it all you want too, but it works. How do you do it? You go to church. Wait a minute! What I’m referring to is having a one-on-one with God. Just you and God. Walk out into an empty field in a park and look up at the clouds, the sky, the heavens and say, “God, we need to talk.” Then tell him how you feel, what your fears are, what you wish would happen and above all tell him you are grateful and thankful for all you have, for all the circumstances that got you to living this alive life right here and right now. Tell him your troubles. Ask for his guidance. Give all your heart, soul, problems to him because if he knows how to make you, he knows how to take care of you. Miracles are assured and the proof is in the miracles we see everyday. Life itself, and who made life? God did. We are alive and God made us. He knows we have fear and he knows what it can do to us. He knows that we can overcome fear with faith. Faith that God will see us through is what we must tell ourselves we have. Faith that needs to be strengthened is faith that is in existence. When faith is in existence fear is overcome and defeated. Psychological? Humans are. We can’t and shouldn’t try to psychoanalyze God but we do and we get corrected by his authority. On such matters of life and death, God is the authority and we need to feel confident that he knows what he is doing. Be candid enough when you talk to him to get that point across. Admit your mistakes, shortcomings, regrets and sorrow that it worked out like it did to get to where it is today. Know that the closer you get to God the better it gets. Be a healer. God is a healer. Be a cheerful servant for God loves us to be that. He helps us who will help ourselves. Encourage others to help each other and themselves. Leave it up to God to do his part and take it upon yourself to do your part.

The topic is fear and what it can do to you. It can weaken you, make you have crazy thoughts and it can discourage you from healing from any of a variety of ailments. Faith brings relief and remedy. Faith repairs damage. Faith renews our relationship with God. Fear can and will destroy you if you let it.

Defeat fear with faith. Be positive. Lead others to a better understanding. Show them that when they take responsibility for faith and fear management, that God helps immensely and the miracles become apparent, giving us hope, health, relief and above all, it gives us proof of God’s unconditional love.
