Want to create Pins automatically from the content on your website? Connecting RSS feeds to your Pinterest business account allows you to do just that.

Connect your RSS feeds in Pinterest settings — there’s no need to modify your existing RSS feed, you can use what’s already available. Creation happens reliably, pushing your most recent content to Pinterest from your RSS each time you update.

When you update your RSS feed, your content will be added to your boards as Pins within 24 hours. You can add as many RSS feeds as you want, as long as they match your claimed website. Each feed can publish Pins to a different board. Learn how to claim your website.

If you can’t see the option to connect your RSS feed, stay tuned! This feature will be available to more business accounts soon.

The RSS feed is available to all Business Account Holders on the desktop version of Pinterest.

Connect your RSS feed

  1. Open your Pinterest home feed
  2. Click in the top right-hand corner and select Settings
  3. In your settings, select Claim from the menu on the left
  4. Under ‘Auto-publish’, click Connect RSS feed (This option will only appear if you have a claimed website)
  5. Paste your RSS feed URL into the field
  6. Choose the board you want to publish to or create a new board
  7. Click Save

Quick video tutorial

Wait for up to 24 hours to see your first Pins created in the board. As your RSS feed is updated, Pins will continue to be made on a daily schedule.

If you select a secret board, your Pins won’t be seen by people on Pinterest.

You’re all set to go!

(If your RSS feed includes products, consider uploading a product catalogue instead.)
