(Practical. Legit. Scalable)

Is it POSSIBLE to reach Millions of people organically and take your business or content to the next level, without putting any money in?

It sounds too good to be true, Right?

But I’m here to tell you that it’s entirely possible.

I know this because I’ve accomplished it myself, all while juggling a 9-to-5 job.

Let’s start with the basics.

Growing on any platform requires a certain matrix to be truly aligned, whether it’s Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or YouTube.

If you know exactly how to do that, you’re bound to SUCCEED on that specific platform.

Pinterest is already a big deal, and it’s only going to get bigger in the future!

The rate at which the user base on this platform is growing — it’s mind boggling.

And it’s a practical theory:

The more user base, the better the chances of business.

Believe it or not, Pinterest is the go-to-hub for people who want to buy anything.

So, you can see how much you can benefit and expand your reach using this platform.

I’ve been on Pinterest for nearly two years now.

I started from scratch.

Figured out things on my own, with a lot of trial and error.

Failed many times, but I kept going and the results?

Well, you can see them yourself😊.

You know what’s the best part about all this?

It doesn’t include any sort of paid promotions!

Trust me, you can also achieve these milestones!

All you need to do is stay consistent and follow these 7 Powerful Pinterest Hacks that I’m about to share with YOU.

Stick with me, follow these hacks, and I guarantee you’ll start seeing some serious results.

Hack 1 : Think Like a Monk, Act Like a Beast

When it comes to getting success on Pinterest, one thing plays a key role and that’s PLANNING.

While planning, you’ve to be focused like a monk.

Instead of starting with a random strategy, first figure out the following :

  • who’s your target audience
  • what type of content you want to create
  • does it has the earning potential
  • is it scalable

All these questions will help you make a strategic POA (Plan of Action).

This step is often overlooked by people.

As a result, they don’t see any positive response and apparently they QUIT.

Remember — Quitting isn’t the Solution.

If anything isn’t working in your favor, you should try your level best to make it happen.

There’s nothing in this world which can’t be achieved if you stay consistent and improve yourself with each passing day.

When I was creating my first pin, I didn’t know how to design it, I’ve zero design skills, I didn’t know how to choose the right font, how to find the perfect graphics, I just felt so lost.

But as they say — Quality comes from Quantity.

I kept on doing the same stuff again and again and finally learnt how things work.

Same is the case with my medium articles.

If you look at some of my initial posts, you’ll notice that there’s a lot of improvement which can be done.

Just because it was my first time writing a blog doesn’t mean I aimed for perfection.

I’m just like anyone else!

I might be great at some things and not so great at others.

The key is to keep learning and growing!

As far as Pinterest is concerned, you can use the Pinterest Business Account Setup Checklist, which I’ve created.

It’ll help you organize your Pinterest account properly.

Hack 2 : Follow the Lazy Genius Strategy with a Twist

Ever heard of being lazy in the smartest way possible?

Well, that’s exactly what we’re talking about here.

It’s all about maximizing your productivity while minimizing the effort.

Now, how does that happen?

As you may know — Content is King, no matter which platform you’re using.

To make sure you’re posting content on a consistent basis, you need to choose the right tools.

Check this blog, where I shared my favorite tools to create content for Pinterest.

Hack 3: Use Pinterest Guided Search for SEO

SEO aka Search Engine Optimization refers to the process of optimizing your profile and pins to improve their visibility and ranking within Pinterest’s search results and even on search engines like Google.

It involves strategically using keywords, optimizing pin descriptions, etc. to ensure that your content appears higher in search results when users search for related topics or keywords on the platform.

Essentially, Pinterest SEO helps your pins get discovered by more users, increasing their reach and driving traffic to your profile or website.

Also, you can get a chance to be ranked on the Pinterest feed.

Pinterest’s Guided Search can be your best friend, when it comes to finding the right keywords.

Here’s how you can use it:

  • Start typing a broad keyword related to your content in the Pinterest search bar.
  • As you type, Pinterest will start suggesting related search terms based on what’s popular on the platform.
  • Click on any keyword you like, Pinterest will show you some more related keywords.

Note them as well, these are also potential keywords which you can target.

Keep repeating the same process and in the end you’ll have tons of keywords ready to be used.

Incorporate these keywords into your pin titles, descriptions, and hashtags to optimize your pins for search, and then watch your visibility touching skies.

Hack 4 : Content Batching is Your BFF!

As I said earlier, you’ve to be consistent on Pinterest to start seeing some serious results.

Content batching is PROBABLY the best trick that can help you become consistent on Pinterest.

This trick saves you a heck lot of time while keeping your content production intact.

First understand what Content Batching means.

Content batching is when you set aside time to create multiple pieces of content at once, rather than doing it one by one.

You can apply this trick while creating pins.

This way, you can streamline your workflow, stay organized, and ensure a consistent flow of fresh content on your Pinterest profile.

Plus, it frees up more time for other tasks or creative endeavors.

Hack 5 : Try Different Pin Formats

Pinterest loves variety.

So, instead of sticking to just one type of pin, experiment with different pin formats.

Read this post to find out more about pin formats.

Try out carousel pins, video pins, or story pins to see what resonates best with your audience.

By mixing things up, you’ll keep your content fresh and engaging, giving your audience something new to discover every time they visit your profile.

Give it a try!

Hack 6 : Use Pinterest Audience CSV

CSV stands for Comma-Separated Values.

It’s a simple file format that stores data in rows and columns, kind of like a mini spreadsheet.

Check this blog to know in detail how to use Pinterest CSV.

Hack 7 : Use the 10 Additional Hashtags Wisely

Hashtags are important!

You need to use them strategically to be discovered on the Pinterest feed.

When it comes to Pinterest, you have two options for using hashtags: in the description and with 10 additional tags.

Have a look at the Pinterest uploader to understand it better.

Once you upload your pins in the uploader, you’re supposed to include the following :

  • Pin Title: This is the first thing people see, so keep it short, clear, and keyword-rich.
  • Description: Tell in brief what your pin is all about in this section. Also, add relevant hashtags to make it discoverable.
  • Destination URL: This is the website your pin will link to when someone clicks on it. Make sure it’s relevant to your pin’s content.
  • Board: Choose a board that best fits your pin’s category.

Now, you might notice that there’s a Tagged Topics section in the uploader.

This section is a goldmine for you.

Here, choose tags that directly relate to your pin’s content, but don’t repeat the ones you already used in your description.

Though this may seem too simple, this hack really increase your visibility because you’re now utilizing more hashtags in the same pin

Final Thoughts🎯

Apply these hacks in your content strategy, stay consistent and you’ll yourself see the difference.

Remember consistency always pays off!

Till then, keep learning, keep growing!
