Pinterest is my go-to place. Whether it’s promoting my blogs, or my designs or doing any sort of marketing, Pinterest has always been the lucky charm!

Having said that, getting success on Pinterest is not a luck factor. It’s the result of combining strategy with a bit of practical tactics.

Trends, as we all know play a huge role in determining the engagement and success levels of us, as content creators on any platform.

Likewise on Pinterest, discovering and following trends before they get too crowded can significantly boost your reach.

So, in this blog post I’m going to tell you not 2, 5, or 7 but 11 incredible ways to find TRENDS on Pinterest.

I think it’s one of the best free tools available for creators like you and me to find what people are actually searching for.

Here, you can enter keywords related to your interests, and Google Trends will show you how popular they are over time.

Although it’s not specifically dedicated to Pinterest, it’s still the best tool that can help you create content that can level up your Pinterest game.

You can find trends related to your niche, analyze these trends, and align your Pinterest content with that.

Believe it or not, Google trends have a direct relationship with your Pinterest algorithm.

Let me explain it a bit.

As you know, Halloween is approaching in October. Now, just go to Google Trends and type in Halloween, here you can notice this trend rising at a regular speed.

If you check the Popular on Pinterest section next month, you’ll also see Halloween there.

But then the competition is too high.

So, what you can do is start putting your content on the platform at least 2 months earlier.

I’ve already done that!

7. Signing Up for Pinterest Newsletter

Newsletters are a great way to get valuable information!

Pinterest newsletter is also power packed with a lot of information that you actually need to dominate your Pinterest presence.

To sign up for Pinterest newsletter, go to https://business.pinterest.com/en-in/creator-newsletter/

Write your name, surname and your contact mail.

After that you’ll be redirected to a page that looks like this. Fill in the details.

If you don’t find your industry/niche in the list, you can choose Other and then define your industry/niche in the next box.

For example, as I’m a digital content creator dealing with a lot of niches and sub-niches, it would not be practical for me to choose a particular niche. So, what I have done I’ve selected Other from the sub-options and then defined what I actually do!

You can also try this technique.

After filling all the details, click on sign up, you’ll see a confirmation message like this.
