In addition to fueling ingenuity, it separates the wheat from the chaff by demanding more from projects than ever before. The team at Pirate Kings welcomes the challenge.
What makes me so confident? Our complimentary skill sets for one. Skinner has a deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems and tokenomics; Glyph is a fantastic dev; Hawthorne is our tech and gaming enthusiast; Ching Shih has years of experience as an art director, and I’m a professional writer who loves building worlds. Each of us is committed to making Pirate Kings the absolute best it can be.
Pirate Kings has always sought to be a story-driven project: one that can live and thrive across multiple forms of media. In addition to delivering quality art and utility, we aim to be a project that offers unique entertainment value to our community. Why? Because we believe entertainment has intrinsic value and are committed to providing the best overall experience we can. This ‘entertainment’ mindset carries over into everything we do, including the deflationary aspect of our project. No treasure hunt is without risk, and each and every holder of a Pirate Kings NFT will ultimately be faced with a decision: one that will lead either to riches, or an eternity spent in Davy Jones’ locker. Participate or not, the choice will be yours.
It will extend to our three community ships, Broken Soul, Blind Serpent and Dead Man’s Raft, also exclusive to holders. It will even extend to your own unique NFT, where holders will be encouraged to provide a backstory for a potential project we’re cooking up. And while we envision Pirate Kings one day bridging the NFT space with traditional forms of media, we are committed to providing future value by way of lore that will only be available to holders. This means that many elements of the world we are building will remain exclusive to the Pirate Kings community.
