Not everybody have miners at home to get some #Pirate. That’s why I’m here to explain you how to mine some #Pirate by renting miners with your Bitcoins.

First you need to use a service which offer renting of miners like MiningRigRentals:

You can register here: https://www.miningrigrentals.com/

After registered, made a BTC deposit:

Go in “Menu” on the right top, select “Balance”.

You can deposit many coins:

Best is to deposit and use Bitcoin because it’s accepted by any miners.

As soon as the BTC are confirmed on MiningRigRentals, you need now to choose a #pirate pool:

For each, you can get technical details on the “Getting started” section.

So let’s try to rent a miner and mine some #pirate on piratepool.io:

First we need add this pool on MiningRigRentals, select “Menu” and “Favorite pools”:

Now we can add Piratepool:

If you plan to rent some ASIC (>10kH/s) you should setup it like this:

If you plan to rent some RIGS (>2kH/s) you should setup it like that:

For less hashrate, check port value on “Getting started” (on the pool website)

Don’t forget that YOUR_PIRATE_ADDRESS should be a Z address !

Now, on top, select “Rigs”, followed by “Equihash/Zcash”:

Now you can see a list of miners you can rent:

On the list, try to take miners with the cheaper price in kHash per day (but don’t forget to take enough hashrate !).

OK, so let’s select one (ASIC Z9) and click on “Rent now!”:

Now you can get some details about the owner of the rigs:

  • Current hashrate and average
  • Minimun/maximun amount of hours allowed for renting
  • RPI score (<95% don’t take it)

And a box to define you’re renting (and put the number of hours you want to rentin one-time):

After that, click on “Rent now!”

The miners is now yours during X hours, last step is to select the pool on the right box:

Click on “Add pool”, select the one we added in favorite just before and start the mining !

FYI: you can rent many miners in same time

On the pool, you can see a tab called “Worker stats”. On this page you can see your address, click on it and get details about your current mining (hashrate + current balance)

Enjoy !

You can now trade them on https://digitalprice.io/ !

PS: You can find a mining calculator here or here. But be careful about the results !
