- Empower the customers’ voice to be heard by businesses who invest in customer experience by respecting the ethical values** of privacy.

How Do We Develop?
We are on a mission from Pisano.
We live and breathe a set of codes at Pisano Product Development:
We aim to be a great company known for its momentum and efficiency.
Young companies build products quickly. Great companies build them even faster.
A satisfied customer is the best business strategy. Working with enterprises requires reliability for satisfaction.
(Technology reliability) x (Human reliability) = (System reliability)
noun. (originally in Hinduism and Buddhism) a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.
A platform may have dozens of problems (technical, usability etc.); however, we prioritize the right problem according to our missions and return on investment.
The simpler, the better. Rather than deploying complex solutions, we deploy simple and optimized solutions to validate if we can resolve the problem successfully.
Simplicity is prerequisite for reliability.

Get Things Done
Our primary goal is to get things done and be output oriented. We improve the products step-by-step in a consistent manner.
People who are Smart but don’t Get Things Done often have PhDs and work in big companies where nobody listens to them because they are completely impractical.
Shipping is Pisano’s heartbeat.
Although the drive and momentum established when creating a product is invigorating, it is the execution which unquestionably makes a difference. Otherwise, it is a nonachievement of internal and external resources.
Complaining about a situation is one of the easiest methods for dealing with a problem. Yet the side effects of a complaint can cause more of a ripple effect than we’re aware of.
Employees spend 10+ hours per month complaining or listening to others complain and a third of these employees spend 20+ hours per month doing so. In 1996 a Stanford study discovered that complaining or being complained to for 30 minutes or more can physically damage the brain.
Avoid being an energy vampire, thrive to be a sage plant and stimulate positive energy.
How Do We Work?
We don’t encourage formality, however we cannot tolerate a lack of respect towards your colleagues.
I don’t like formality. There’s no formality when we’re born and none when we die. In between we should treat each other as brothers and sisters because we all want to live a happy life. This is our common purpose and our right.
Behind every great technological product, there is an even greater team of collaborators. It consists of the following disciplines:
As one may understand the logic behind this outline, we believe in collaborative team work. That means, we aim to be at the office from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 am — 7:00 pm.
