“I watched in horror as Ann jumped the wall, ripped the sign from the ground and . . .”~ Lucy’s photo.

Ann’s been rather frazzled since the sixth of November and for good reason. I’ve helped her out as much as I can. Taking her for walks in the park and up the hill to dead truck.

Today, once it warmed up to a balmy 40 degrees, (Fahrenheit) we headed to the park and walked the circle. I let her off the leash a couple of times. No one else was there, but she ran along the fence barking at the goats at the east end of the park. So I told to her, “No more winging it. Back on the leash you go.”

We could have walked around the perimeter a few more times, but since no one else in this family is working, I felt I should inspect the storm drains on the street north of the park, so following my nose we headed out.
