The power of Indian Social media can defeat the competing Chinese apps. There exist so many Indian apps that stand equal to the Chinese apps in terms of functionality and features it provide.

Active Chinese App users:

Nearly 45% of Indian users are said to be the active internet users in daily life. Social media and its applications stand as the primary source for internet usage for an average individual. When listing out the types of apps and the origin of those apps, it implies that the majority of those apps are Chinese apps, as all those apps have gained attention in no time, and Indians were ready to accept those apps.

Indians are the major contributor to the economy of Chinese Social media.

COVID-19 and its impact:

The issues taking place on the border between India and China will surely be the cause of altering this situation. China has harmed not only India but also has created an enormous impact on the world’s economy. With the spread of COVID-19. As the number of cases increased, it has altered the everyday living of the human population. The pandemic has ruined the lives of so many people worldwide. The Corona affected people are more than 9 million out of which the death rates are more than 400 K people worldwide.

Indian army has sacrificed nearly 20 soldiers, and more than 70 soldiers have survived with significant injuries in the border issues that are taking place between China and India. After this situation, Indians must stop contributing to the Chinese economy, instead contributing to the Indian economy by using Indian social media networks.

Social media: India vs. China

Plenty of social media networks are from India, and our people can start using them instead of the Chinese apps. Here is the list of Indian apps that can readily replace the popular Chinese apps’ features and functionalities.

TikTok is the app used to create short videos that use lip-sync, comedy, dance videos, etc. TikTok is a Chinese app and has made its market in no time. People can stop using this app and use “Mitron,” an Indian app with all the functionalities of TikTok.

Next comes an Indian Social media called “Pixalive that can undoubtfully replace a list of Chinese apps like Helo, Wechat, Vigo. Features include creating a post, trending content, cash contests, gaming, chat, media-rich voice and video calling, NEWS reading option, business channel creation, etc. all in one single app. Those three apps, “Helo, Wechat, Vigo,” can be replaced by one separate app Pixalive, an Indian Social Networking service provider.

The famous Chinese app called Shareit used to share files, images, videos, etc., can be replaced by an Indian app called “JioSwitch.” This app performs the functionalities of the Chinese app Shareit.

A Chinese Browser that has gained attention is the UC Browser. We have an Indian app replacer for this UC Browser, the Indian “Jio Browser”.

To Conclude:

If there is no Indian app to fulfill all these needs, then there is a valid point for us to move for the other country’s app. While we have Indian app replacer for almost all the Chinese apps, it is the right time to be cautioned. We, the Indians, will join together with the government and contribute to Boycott Chinese products. This position is not only for social media; there are so many platforms where India depends upon China. This situation can always have a way with the Indian Platforms. We Indians must stop using and depending upon China as much as we can to support India as responsible citizens of the country.
