Our client, Airkit.ai, got acquired by Salesforce
Founded in 2017 and based out of San Francisco, Airkit.ai is a generative AI-powered customer service platform that provides fully customizable, autonomous AI agents.
Pixelmatters has been working with Airkit since May 2021 on the design & development of airkit.ai and airkit.com.
Salesforce, a Fortune 500 enterprise with a market cap of over $200 billion, is a widely used customer relationship management (CRM) that helps organizations manage their relationships and interactions with customers, clients, partners, and prospects. Salesforce’s significant milestones include its IPO in 2004, strategic acquisitions (including Tableau and Slack), and surpassing $20 billion in annual revenue in 2020.
The acquisition of Airkit.ai by Salesforce was officially communicated on September 21, 2023.
