Step 1: Create Business Manager on Facebook

Business Manager is free to use and quick to set up. You will be able to gather your audiences, images and other items to build ads and Page posts.

1. Go to business.facebook.com
2. Click Create Account.

1. Enter a name for your business, select the primary Page and enter your name and work email address.

1. Note: If you don’t yet have a Page for your business, create one.
2. Move through the rest of the onboarding flow by entering the rest of the required fields.

Step 2: Add a Page to Business Manager

If you’re an Admin of a business, there are 3 ways to add a Page to your Business Manager: Add a page, request access, or create a new one. All 3 options will require you to access the Page from Business Manager once it’s been added.

Add a Page

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Click the Pages tab.
3. Click Add New Pages.
4. Select one of the 3 options: Add a Page, Request Access to a Pageor Create a New Page.
5. If you choose to request access or add a Page, enter the Facebook page name or URL.

Note: You can’t transfer ownership of a Page to another Business Manager. However, if a business removes a Page, it’ll be available to be added by another business. To add a Page, you must also be an Admin on the Page. If you aren’t an Admin on the page, you’ll have to request access to it.

Note: Adding a Page to your Business Manager won’t change how other people who are already admins on the Page access it.

Step 3: Add an Ad Account to Facebook Business Manager

Note: Your Business Manager can host a maximum of 5 ad accounts.

1. Open your Business Manager Settings. Select which Business Manager you’d like to work on.

1. Under the People and Assets tab, click Ad Accounts.
2. On the right side of the page, click Add New Ad Accounts.

1. Choose one of the 3 options: Claim Ad Account.

1. If you choose to request access or claim an ad account, enter the ad account ID. You can find it in Home of Business Manager or in your web link
