Xbox Games can now be synced
That’s right, you can now sync games that you have installed through the Windows Store, or through the Xbox Beta app. This brings us up to a whopping 6 different launchers that you can attach to the pl4yr app and launch games from. Xbox games has been the biggest hurdle so far and it has finally been cracked by the amazing developer who just does not sleep.
Fixed issue where time played would not be recorded
A bug that appeared just before the weekend decided to stop recording all the time played by users. It recorded the first couple of seconds to launch the games but then cut itself off after launch, this has been fixed and all games should be recorded correctly now.
Fixed spelling errors
Some of our eagle eyed users spotted a small spelling error on a window that pops open and closes rapidly, this has now been changed to the correct spelling.
Future Feature
After the implementation of the Xbox Games to the app, it was soon realised that the app can not differentiate between games or utilities that have been installed through the Windows Store, therefore a Blacklisting tool is being looked at. This will enable users to send a report to the admins with whatever program they wish to remove from their library, if the program they wish to blacklist is found to not be a game then it will be blacklisted and not be shown in their library.
