Added a pl4yr dashboard to view your gaming stats
This is the start for the pl4yr dashboard. This is where you can go and check out your gaming stats over the last month, see how many sessions you’ve launched, how many games you’ve played and how many different games you have launched. There are plans to improve and implement more customisation to the dashboard so users can get the most out of it.
Added options to individual games
This is where users will be able to view more details about the individual games that they have in their library. From the basics of their playtime and global playtime, to seeing more in depth information and latest news about that game.
Can hide unwanted games/software from Library through game options
Within the new game options, users can decide whether to keep or hide a game from their library. We’re hoping his will be useful for when you sync a new platform and end up with pieces of software that are linked to your account. This will stop the app from syncing them and will no longer show up in your library until you remove them from the list.
Added list of blacklisted games to settings
This is where users can view all the games or software that they have blacklisted. From here users can remove items from the blacklist if they have accidentally added something to it.
Moved Box Art submission tab to individual Game Options
We have removed box art submissions from the app settings and moved it into the individual game options instead. This is more for ease, rather than spotting a game without any box art and going into the settings to upload an image, users can now go into the game options and upload straight away. Along with the move of box art submissions, users can now crop images to submit instead of trying to find the perfect 600x900 image.
Added toggle to load app up on start in settings
This is an idea that has been floating around in our discussions for a while, deciding whether or not it was a good idea. We put out a message to our users through Discord asking if they had any ideas or gripes about the app that they would like changing and if they were reasonable options we would consider them. A small number of users put forward the idea of a toggle to open on startup so we decided it was finally time to implement it. This can be done through the app settings or on the tray icon.
