With summer coming to an end there appears to be no slow down in events and things to do in our beautiful Bay Area! We’ve selected a few of our favorites for your consideration.

GHIRARDELLI CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL

September 9th — 10th

Indulge for a good cause! Enjoy sweet and savory samples from wineries, breweries, to ice cream, and of course, chocolate. All profits from this decadent event go to Project Open Hand, an organization that provides meals to seniors and the critically ill. More Information on their website!

OKTOBERFEST BY THE BAY

October 1st, 2017

Experience San Francisco’s take on Oktoberfest with music, singing, dancing, and the very best in German food and drink! This event sells out fast, so reserve your tickets in advance and visit Pier 48 for some brews and views.

CASTRO STREET FAIR

October 1st, 2017

There is no better way to experience San Francisco’s beloved Castro than with amazing food, multiple stages of live entertainment, and shopping local merchants. This annual neighborhood celebration is not to be missed! Additional details on their website.

FLEET WEEK SAN FRANCISCO

October 2nd — 9th, 2017

The festival center is located on the Marina Green and the whole City gets to experience the sights and sounds of this spectacular week! From viewing the Blue Angel air show to touring the docked Navy ships, celebrating our service men and women in style is a San Francisco tradition. Get down at Golden Gate Park!

HARDLY STRICTLY BLUEGRASS

October 6th — 8th

Quoted by SF Gate as one of the things you “must do before you die” this free music festival is not to be missed. What once was solely a bluegrass festival has since expanded to include performers from all genres. Grab your layers (Karl the Fog often makes a visit) and head on down to Golden Gate Park to enjoy this fantastic music fest!

THE RENEGADE CRAFT FAIR

November 11th — 12th

The self-proclaimed world’s largest curated showcase of independent craft and design features an impressive mix of unique wearable and home items from local artists. After taking in some beautiful bay views, step inside Fort Mason to peruse some finely-crafted goods.
