Microsoft Interview Preparation

Hello Everyone!!!

So, after online test, the next step is to prepare for interviews. According to previous year’s selection procedure, there were two technical interviews.

So, the question is how to prepare for interviews???

1. Firstly, don’t focus on high level questions for interviews because as far as I know, the interviewers are there to judge how you approach a problem and many times.. they give very basic questions or at least medium level questions. Hard level questions are rarely asked for internship interviews.
2. Secondly, time and space complexitites are very important for interviews. Interviewers expect you to know the complexitites for the solutions you provide. Moreover, optimisation can be done only when you know how to improve these complexities. Refer to the following link to learn more about complexitites:

3. Now, the next step is to prepare for the questions that can be asked. We never know for sure what questions will be asked, but still.. most companies have their question banks for interviews and the questions are many times repeated. Interviewers might add some twist to the question, but if you know the basic.. you can approach for the twisted problem too..
