Bikers, skateboarders and shoppers bustled along the streets of Williamsburg on a frigid Saturday afternoon.
A woman in a festive pink scarf threw a significant amount of shade at Kathryn, a fellow Smorgasburg goer. Smorgasburg is a seasonal outdoor flea market—held in East River State Park—that boasts dozens of regional food vendors.
Aaron turned away from the bone-chilling wind blowing off the East River.
The setting afternoon sun glinted off the East River and the moss covered rocks along its shoreline.
The carver of Lonestar Empire, a food stand known for its slow cooked Texas style brisket, fiercely sliced into a large hunk of brisket.
Shelby eagerly dug into her pulled brisket sandwich, topped with sliced cucumber and barbecue sauce, from Lonestar Empire.
Three new friends enjoyed the final day of Smorgasburg by feasting along the East River.
The few attendees of the outdoor market lingered along the East River, deciding their next move.
Artists & Fleas, conveniently located down the street from Smorgasburg, offered shoppers handcrafted goods and a respite from the cold.
Intriguing lamps made of tinted bulbs were sold at a stall near the entrance of Artists & Fleas.
