Thank you, everyone, for participating in the previous Beta(Testnet) stage and VeChain for providing such a safe and separate network which allows our team to carry out token staking as well reward distribution tests. We were able to debug and handle complicated issues when putting the product into actual operations.
Now, by the launch of mainnet, we will take a further step in positioning ourselves as a trusted platform in the esports community by empowering the players. Mainnet will be open to the public and prepare for mass adoption which supports efficient PLA p2p transaction of rewards that host real-life value. No more manual submission of match results. No more fund-holding by complicated claiming process. On Plair Beta Mainnet, once the match is completed, PLA will be distributed instantly to your wallet addresses! This gives the power back to where the industry truly belongs — the gamers.
Beta Mainnet Goes Live on 30 Sep
As we announced earlier the beta release would run progressively from Testnet to Mainnet and now 📢we are at the final stage! Plair Platform will be taken offline for 24 hours on 29 Sep 2019 (Sunday) as our development team prepares for the HUGE Mainnet launch. For the first time ever on Plair, real PLA will be used in transactions and responds to various actions players take on the platform.
Further announcement of the maintenance will be tweeted on 28 Sep 2019 (Saturday) evening. The maintenance will carry on through the next day and Beta Mainnet will be live on 30 Sep 2019 9:00 am (UTC+8). This means you can play with REAL PLA token on Beta Version: 1.1.0!
Prepare for Beta Mainnet
If you are a newcomer, here are three easy steps to prepare for our first couple Mainnet matches on 30 Sep 2019 starting from 8 pm (UTC+8)!
Step 1: Create an account on https://plair.gg/.
Step 2️: Set up Comet. Make sure you have enough PLA and VTHO in the wallet address.
Step 3: Download the games you desire. Connect the games on the platform in advance to save time when registering for a tournament!

Side note: Thank you to those who played matches on Plair Beta (Testnet)! We hope you enjoy the games! PLA you earned during Beta (Testnet) will be converted to REAL PLA in Beta (Mainnet) and here are the distribution details:
Conversion Ratio: PLA Testnet: PLA Mainnet = 1:1 ratio
Rewards Send to: VeChain Thor wallet address used to stake-in PLA during each match
Distribution Period: Before 10 Oct 2019 11:59pm (UTC+8)
