Nowadays, CSR (Cooperate Social Responsibility) and CER (Cooperate Social Responsibility) implementation is a key factor of many firms to achieve social reputation and increase the firm’s growth by attracting more investors and customers. Especially, firms that are indulged in the technology sector need CSR to develop and evolved technology within the boundary of human right. That means CSR concepts can be implemented in AI and Blockchain technology. One of these technologies is AI (artificial intelligence) and blockchain technology. AI is a machine or computer program that learns how that require forms of intelligence and are usually done by humans without any central core system or centrally controlled system and which is autonomous. And, Blockchain technology is a chain of blocks that contains information unique to one data, user or group. AI and Blockchain researching and developing firms can implement CSR and CER ideas to easily review, discover and fund social or environmental projects.

Advancement in technology is the highest achievement for the modern world. But, these technologies should have the responsibility towards the society which depends upon the region, language, culture, tradition and moreover the responsibilities should be within human rights. In the case of AI and Blockchain technology, there are some principles that can be included in these types of a firm which can be beneficial. For instance, there has been a clear benefit to society which substantially outweighs the foreseeable risks and downside. In addition, exclusion of creating or reinforcing unfair bias and also, the technology should be built and tested for the safety with a renewed focus on avoiding unintended results that cause risk of harm.

Furthermore, AI and Blockchain developing firms should ensure that any application is and will continue to be subject to human-direction and control. For this, any responsibility should have four dimensions that are Anticipation, Reflexivity, Inclusion and Responsiveness (Stilgoe, Owen & Macnaghten, 2013). It is a firm responsibility to integrate principles into the design of AI and blockchain technologies, beyond compliance with existing laws. While the potential benefits to people and society are amazing, AI and Blockchain researchers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders should and do spend a great deal of time working to ensure the responsible design and deployment of AI and Blockchain systems. Highly autonomous AI and Blockchain systems must be designed consistent with international conventions that preserve human dignity, rights, and freedoms. As an industry, it is firm’s responsibility to recognize potentials for use and misuse, the implications of such actions, and the responsibility and opportunity to take steps to avoid the reasonably predictable misuse of this technology by committing to ethics by design. For instance, incorporating privacy design principles.

By summarizing all the key feature of these technologies, one should always keep in mind that as these technologies are helping in different sectors as well as developing and evolving day by day, so, it is necessary to put environmental, social and human rights before introducing or implementing any of the technology into the society. The growth and expansion of any firm are directly proportional to the positive feedback from the consumers which attract new investors and new projects. This can be achieved if the firms add CSR and CER project in the respective technological projects based on the region of interest.
