New Journal Available to Help Remote Workers Be More Resilient

I love the series of animated movies called Sing, especially the second one where the ape, Johnny the Gorilla (played by Taron Egerton), tore up Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing”. It was a movie filled with stories of resilience, which is what made it great. I played the video during the intro of my remote work mentorship meeting last night because I wanted to set the atmosphere, motivate the mentees, and help them think about their progress thus far, instead of beating up on themselves for mistakes. I am well acquainted with how it feels to have unrealistic expectations of perfectionism when I am new to something. I hope my growth in this area is rubbing off on this group of remote workers and helping them develop more resilience.
