PlasmaPay is pleased to announce its partnership with CertiK, the market leading blockchain security firm. Under the terms of the agreement, we will collaborate with CertiK on an ongoing basis to secure Plasma Chain and other PlasmaPay products, to bring the highest level of security to DeFi.

CertiK will provide PlasmaPay with cybersecurity services including customized security audits and penetration testing. The audit firm will work on protecting all transactions and smart contracts by ensuring adherence at all times to the highest industry standards and by leveraging their proprietary technology and processes. This will include testing our smart contracts against potential attack vectors, and a thorough line-by-line manual review of our codebase.

We have worked with CertiK previously, with the company previously auditing our smart contracts in 2019. CertiK reported a ‘Pass’ grade, having found no vulnerabilities.

Ilia Maksimenka, CEO of PlasmaPay, said:

“We are excited to be partnering with CertiK to further secure PlasmaPay. The security of our users is our number one priority and is behind every decision we make. CertiK will provide the expertise and experience to help enforce this ethos and ensure that every element of PlasmaPay is fit for the mass market of users we hope to attract to use our platform.”

Yvan Nasr, Global Head of Professional Services at CertiK, commented:

“PlasmaPay is constantly innovating to bring new products to the broader blockchain market while making sure their security is above the trending curve. We’re excited to continue our ongoing relationship with PlasmaPay as a trusted security provider.”
